Nekustamo Īpašumu Īpašnieku Biedrība "Bauskas 187" is an independent non-profit organization committed to supporting property owners, strengthening local communities, and encouraging responsible property management throughout Latvia. Our association brings together homeowners, residents, volunteers, and community partners who share a common goal of creating safe, sustainable, and well-maintained living environments.
